The Pickadilley Consignment Group is a locally owned consignment shop in Indianapolis, IN. Here's exactly what to expect when you order from us.

When you'll get it

You get an order confirmation email right after checkout.
Smaller items are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and we email you tracking as soon as it ships.
Furniture shipped through uShip is scheduled with the carrier after your order, and they coordinate the in-home delivery date with you.
Local pickup orders are typically ready within 1 business day. We email you when your item is ready.
White glove delivery is scheduled with you directly after your order.

Shipping on smaller items: usually free. Carefully packed and shipped nationwide with tracking.
Large furniture outside our delivery area: shipped through uShip, which includes in-home delivery. The cost is shown before you pay.
Local pickup: free. Pick up at our Indianapolis-area location at a time that works for you.
White glove delivery: available for larger items within our local delivery area. The price is quoted at checkout.

Every item is pre-owned and inspected. We photograph and describe condition honestly, including flaws.
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with photos and we will make it right with a refund or return.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.
Because items are one-of-a-kind and pre-owned, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ask questions or schedule a viewing before buying.
